Julie speaks to us this week about the balance of caring for others and ourselves, and how sometimes we have been taught a particular perspective about putting others first that causes us to neglect ourselves. What does the Bible say about rest and self-care? Could how we look after others actually be enhanced by learning to look after ourselves and our relationship with God first?
